Feb. 8, 2021—Beck’s Thrifty Lube, a quick lube facility in Fremont, Neb., has changed ownership, the Fremont Tribune reported

After 11 years of ownership, Kevin and Lisa Beck sold their shop to Brian Fox, who owns Cornhusker Auto Wash in Bellevue. The facility, located at 2210 N. Bell St., reopened on Feb. 1 as Cornhusker Express Lube.

“I went back and forth for a couple months. I just wasn’t sure if I was ready to sell it, and a couple of times, I decided I wasn’t going to,” Kevin Beck told the publication. “But in the end, the opportunity presented itself with Brian [Fox], and it was just an offer I couldn’t refuse.”
