March 11, 2021—A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change is expected to open later this spring in Grafton, Wis., Washington County Insider reported.
The service center, located at 992 Port Washington Road, is being constructed and designed by American Construction Services along with American Architectural Group.
This will be the 36th Valvoline Instant Oil Change located in Wisconsin and first in Grafton.
