April 14, 2021—Mobile car care company Spiffy announced its first franchise in Wilmington, Del.
Rick Crook is a former aircraft mechanic and first officer for Air Transport International and will be the franchise owner, according to a press release.
“It’s thrilling to officially open the doors with a franchisee and bring our convenient mobile car care to people throughout the Upper Chesapeake area,” said Spiffy CEO Scot Wingo in the release.
