The auto care company Auto-Lab has opened a new care center for Spring area residents and it is located at 9625 Spring Cypress Road.

Auto-Lab Gleannloch Farms is an automobile care service center that covers nearly all vehicle repairs with the exception of body work. The vehicle repair center stands as a dealer alternative, meaning they have all dealer capable diagnostics and can perform proper automobile maintenance for your vehicle.

Service Advisor Teak Daniele believes Auto-Lab was needed in the Spring area to provide a personal appeal to the community and provide great service to the car owners.

“I think the biggest reason for Auto-Lab in this market is that we see a niche for a repair shop that can explain to people who come in why you need repairs, how is it going to benefit you, and what repairs you want to get done,” said Daniele. “And to basically treat you right. Our focus is to make sure the service is there for you guys. ”

At the recent grand opening, Klein Fire Department and Cy-Creek EMS were on-site to help draw the community out and for residents to learn more about the services Auto-Lab has to offer. The company also gave 10 percent of their earnings to each of the emergency responders, showing that they are all about helping their community.

“A portion of our total sales was given back and we donated $1,677 to each one of the participating charities. We reached out to them. We really feel being a part of a community and being a good neighbor is really important, and giving back to the community. It’s how you’re going to build a good relationship with people around and we know they have a very strong relationship. We plan on giving back and picking a beneficiary to give to on a regular basis.”

The company also offers teachers a 10 percent discount on all services and have big events for veterans planned in November.

Potential clients can call and make appointments or just stop by to speak with an advisor. For customers whose vehicles are being serviced, Auto-Lab offers a shuttle for the customer’s convenience. A new Cypress location is now open as well at 14904 Spring Cypress Rd.

According to manager Keith Johnson, customers should expect Auto-Lab Gleannloch Farms to share the values that the company was founded on.

“The founders, the people that own Auto-Lab Texas, is a faith-based family so were trying to bring an integrity to this business that is not necessarily common. That’s part of our mission.”
