Sept. 24, 2021—Following months of devastating flooding and tornadoes in Middle Tennessee, Mister Car Wash announced it will be holding a one-day fundraiser for the Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund.

For every car washed at any Tennessee Mister Car Wash location on Sunday, Sept. 25, the Arizona-based chain will donate $1 to the fund according to a news release. The company has 16 locations in the state and will base donations on total car count across all car washes.

"Mister Car Wash has been proud to serve Tennesseans since 2015, and it’s been devastating to see the impact the recent floods have had on our neighbors," said Jill Adams, Vice President of Marketing at Mister Car Wash. "This donation is just one way we can help bring back the ‘shine’ in our communities."
