Nov. 10, 2021—FullSpeed Automotive announced it has acquired six quick lube and automotive service centers in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The six centers, currently operating as Minit Man Oil Change, will be rebranded as Grease Monkey quick lube shops, according to a news release.
“We are thrilled to bring the Grease Monkey brand to the Corpus Christi market with six new centers and continue our strong growth in Texas,” FullSpeed CEO Kevin Kormondy said in a statement. “We are excited to be rapidly closing in on having 700-plus centers in the FullSpeed family.”
FullSpeed acquired 25 service centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth market earlier this summer and has recently opened four additional franchised stores in Texas.
