Nov. 30, 2021—The Parker Quik Lube shop in Cadiz, Ky., has a new owner and will soon have a new name.

James and Robert Parker, owners of the three-bay shop in the southwest corner of Kentucky, announced the sale of the business on Nov. 20 to Lucas Hale according to a report from WKDZ 106.5 FM. Hale will rebrand the shop as Cadiz Dino Lube.

"We would like to thank our Cadiz and Trigg County customers for your support over the last 19 years," the Parkers said in a social media post. "We encourage all Cadiz and Trigg County to support Lucas Hale and his staff at Cadiz Dino Lube for all your automotive needs. They will be reopening soon. They are great people and will take great care of your automotive needs."

Under the rebranding, the shop will add hours on Sunday and will look to add tire rotations and other "small automotive services" in the near future.
