Jan. 4, 2022—Premium Guard Inc. announced on Monday it acquired IPC Global Solutions.
According to a news release from the company, PGI completed the acquisition at the start of the new year and will now have over 600 combined employees. The company said in the release it will continue to operate as two "in the near term" but will "begin the process of identifying and sharing 'best practices' from each company with the goal of delivering more efficiency and value to our customers over the long term" in the coming weeks.
"We are excited to join forces together, taking the two most innovative suppliers in the automotive filtration segment and making them one in a quest to deliver more value to customers," PGI officials said in the release. "Both companies have a celebrated and rich history in the automotive filtration market."
