Feb. 21, 2022—Openbay, an online automotive maintenance marketplace, announced earlier this month it has partnered with FullSpeed Automotive.
Now using Openbay, individual consumers and fleets can book service appointments at any of FullSpeed's more than 260 Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change locations. According to a news release, FullSpeed franchisees will have access to Openbay's management interface and have their shop advertised to new customers.
"The FullSpeed Automotive brand is an ideal fit for the Openbay marketplace,” Openbay Founder and CEO Rob Infantino said. “All service locations go through a training process on the Openbay platform in order to deliver a great customer experience throughout the service process.”
FullSpeed quick maintenance locations will also have access to a new, yet-to-be-announced platform.
