Feb. 23, 2022—FullSpeed Automotive has named a vice president of mergers and acquisitions and a new chief financial officer amid an aggressive growth push.
In a press release, the company announced that Greg Penman would become the new VP of mergers and acquisitions. Penman has more than 20 years of industry experience and will leads nationwide expansion. Shane Jones joined the company as CFO and brings "extensive financial and operational experience" from previous positions.
FullSpeed, which owns the brands Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Service, is pushing to reach 1,000 locations by early 2023 at the latest.
