June 21, 2022—Valvoline has announced several recent store acquisitions.
According to multiple press releases, the acquisitions are located in Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Oklahoma. All of the locations opened under the Valvoline name in early June 2022.
The location in Hermantown, Minnesota, was formerly a Mobile 1 Lube Express. In Muskogee, Oklahoma, Valvoline acquired a former Express Lube - Quaker State location. The Pewaukee, Wisconsin, location was previously Penn 10, and the Largo, Florida location was a Chevron Xpress Lube prior to the acquisition.
These locations are now part of the Valvoline network of approximately 1,900 company-owned and franchised Valvoline quick lube stores.
