July 22, 2022—Take 5 Oil Change has received the top score in quick oil change satisfaction from J.D. Power.
According to a press release, this is the second year in a row that Take 5 has been bestowed this honor from the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index Study.
There are seven pieces of criteria that J.D. Power considers, including:
- Ease of scheduling and ease of getting the vehicle in to service
- Service advisor fairness
- Service advisor courtesy
- Fairness in charges
- The facility
- The time it takes to complete the service
- Quality of work provided
