Kentucky Library to Host Preventative Maintenance Class

The Nelson County Public Library in Bardstown is partnering with the local Oil Guys location to teach teens about preventative vehicle maintenance. 

Sept. 20, 2022—A library in Kentucky will host a preventative maintenance class for local teenagers. 

According to WDRB, the Nelson County Public Library in Bardstown is partnering with the Oil Guys location in Bardstown to teach teenagers in grades six through 12 how to perform preventative vehicle maintenance. 

Greg Woodson, manager of Oil Guys Bardstown, will be onsite to teach students how to change a flat tire, check a vehicle's oil and how to check the air in a vehicle's tires. 

The class will be held on Sept. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. Those who participate in the class will all be entered in a giveaway. Registration can be completed on the library's website.
