Oct. 7, 2022—Jiffy Lube has announced a fundraising campaign for the month of October for Meals on Wheels America.
According to a press release, this campaign is being conducted under Jiffy Lube's Drive To Do More. The campaign will raise money to help support meals, visits and safety checks for seniors as the holiday season approaches.
Jiffy Lube got the ball rolling with a corporate gift toward the donation efforts. Funds will continue to be raised during the checkout process at participating Jiffy Lube locations from Oct. 1, 2022 until Oct. 31, 2022.
"Jiffy Lube is honored to contribute to Meals on Wheels America's mission of addressing senior hunger and isolation, especially in advance of the holiday season when the need can be even greater," said Sara Smith, Chief Marketing Officer of Jiffy Lube International, Inc. via the press release. "In addition to raising funds to help provide meals, we are committed to keeping Meals on Wheels volunteers on the road so they can continue to make a positive difference in their communities."
