Jan. 13, 2023—The Kyle Planning and Zoning Commission of Texas has approved a permit for the construction of a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change location, according to Community Impact.
The building will be located in Kyle and is currently estimated to be 3,763 square feet. Community Impact reports that there is a development agreement for the facility and the permit will make sure that the building "complies with standards outlined in the agreement, according to city planner Kaela Sharp."
The conditional-use permit for the VIOC location was approved on Jan. 10, 2023.
