Jan. 27, 2023—A Take 5 Oil Change in Nazareth, Penn. will be opening alongside a Popeyes Chicken, according to Lehigh Valley Live.
The Take 5, located behind the Popeyes, will feature three service areas. The two facilities will be located in the Lower Nazareth Township.
Representatives with Easton Eastgate LLC presented plans to subdivide a 2.6-acre lot to the Lower Nazareth Township Zoning Hearing Board. A special exception can allow an auto service station in the district, but the zoning hearing board must decide whether it may apply.
The board passed the special exception “unanimously,” as well as a variance that allows the two businesses “more than the two permitted business signs per building.”
