March 4, 2021—Several major quick lubes companies have partnered with the rideshare-based transit advertising company Carvertise that will allow its drivers to access discount codes and savings on automotive products and services, Technical.ly reported.
Jiffy Lube, Pep Boys and Take 5 Oil Change are among the companies that are participating.
Carvertise is an advertising company that allows delivery drivers and commuters with qualifying cars to earn money by wrapping their cars in local or national advertising.
“The stories we heard first hand from our drivers is really what led us to pursue this,” Carvertise Director of Operations Eric Smith, said in a statement. “Earning side income is extremely important to them, so if we can also reduce their cost of living, that will have a similar net effect.”
