Oct. 5, 2020—New Take 5 Oil Change franchisees Lance Kinerk and Jon Olin recently held a grand opening for their store in Donelson, Tenn., according to a company press release.
Olin and Kinerk were college soccer teammates, and after pursing other careers, came together to form an LLC that opened their Take 5. They plan to open a second store in October and two more in early 2021.
“Our current store manager is a veteran, and you can see that experience and training in his leadership abilities.” Kinerk said in the release. “Being near a military base we hope to attract more people with a service background.”
