Galena Companies has acquired the New Jersey quick-lube location, now operating 32 of the 34 VIOC quick-lube locations in the state. The newest service center is at 2163 Highway 35 in Sea Girt, N.J.
Metrolube Companies has acquired the Alabama quick-lube location. This is the company's first VIOC quick-lube location in Alabama. The service center is at 1610 Douglas Ave. in Brewton, Ala.
Finally, Convenient Car Care, Inc., has opened a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change(VIOC) service center in Jacksonville, Fla. The newest service center is at 13357 Beach Blvd.
