AMRA is dedicated to making Technical Meetings even more relevant to their members. On the heels of record attendance at the spring meeting, AMRA is announcing an important addition in association with the upcoming Fall Technical Meeting in Chicago – the 2018 AMRA Technology Summit. AMRA has listened to the feedback of members — the most important areas of opportunity as well as the challenges we are facing both today and in the future. In addition to increasing vehicle technology, which was highlighted at the Winter Tech meeting in Orlando, there are significant changes in the way we access data both for the repair of the vehicle as well as the resulting interaction with the Motorist.
As a result, AMRA will be hosting a four hour session dedicated to these topics after the second day of the Tech Meeting on the afternoon of August 30th at the OLC Learning Center near O’Hare. An impressive group of presenters has been lined up, including Auto Vitals, Bolt On technology, Identifix, All Data, Virtual Vehicle, Moto Logic and Hunter Engineering, to present what they believe are challenges in serving motorist with transparency and trust along with how their products and services address today’s customer experience challenges. Attendees will have to opportunity to hear brief presentations from the technology partners as a group and then will break out to have one-on-one time to meet with the technology partners individually.
The goal of this session is to create the environment where members can be informed on the latest technology, connect with providers to understand how their solutions can positively impact their business, as well as network with peers. All participants in the fall Technical Meeting are invited to stay for the additional session but will still need to register for both to ensure adequate space. This session will be free for others within members' organizations to attend as AMRA members, such as IT, Customer Experience, Service Operations and Field Leader teams. Some attendees in close proximity will be able to drive or fly in just for this session. Overnight guests should contact Joellen Kwiatkowski at [email protected] for accommodations at our contracted hotel next to the OLC Learning Center.
Technology Summit spots are expected to fill up quickly. Register now to reserve your spot.
