Waterford police seek help in identifying a barefoot burglar, who used a flower pot to break into an auto repair shop
A barefoot burglar unwittingly bared his rear end at an auto-repair shop this month in Waterford, MI.
The man tripped, dropping his sweatpants in direct view of a surveillance camera after using a flower pot to break a window and gain access at 11:58 p.m. Dec. 4, to Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Center on 180 South Telegraph Road, according to a news release from Waterford Police Department.
After pulling his pants back up, the burglar went rummaging behind the store counter -- but police report he left empty-handed. Police describe the man as white, 5-foot-10, 245 pounds, wearing a black coat with red on the sleeves, with torn pants and wearing a black hat.
