By completing a single application on the Automotive Aftermarket Scholarship Central website, students can be considered for automotive scholarship opportunities offered by more than 30 auto care industry organizations, according to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
Multiple scholarships are available for the 2017-18 school year targeting students enrolled in two-year technical colleges or vocational schools and training to become automotive, heavy duty or collision repair technicians, as well as students in four-year college programs pursuing a degree in business, marketing, engineering or other major courses of study who plan to enter the automotive field upon graduation.
“For the current school year, a record number of automotive scholarships were awarded, totaling more than $400,000, and we are pleased to have added even more opportunities for the 2017-18 school year,” said Pete Kornafel, MAAP, a trustee of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2017.
