Rocha’s Automotive in Fortuna is celebrating a decade of service. Owners Ken and Angie Rocha established the family owned business in 2006. According to Rocha’s Automotive Mission Statement, they want to make customers feel like one of the family.

“We are here to change the automotive service business,” the mission statement says, “by gaining the trust of our customers.”

Earlier this week, members of the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce joined in a congratulations gathering at the business to celebrate Rocha’s Automotive’s 10 years in business.

Ken Rocha started his technical training at the Chevrolet dealership in Fortuna and was also a technician in the Marines. He is a General motors Master technician, ASA and ASE Certified, and has more than 20 years of experience.

Rocha’s Automotive was originally located on Fortuna Boulevard, but quickly outgrew that location and moved to its current location at 1550 Alamar Way.

Rocha’s Automotive provides maintenance and service on both new and used vehicles. New vehicle warranty maintenance is available under a state law which states that an owner can take their car to any qualified shop for required maintenance. The business is proud of its work, and offers a three-year/36,000 mile warranty.

Rocha Automotive is open five days a week and can be reached by calling 707-725-8777.
