Khalid discusses how a brand that began providing quick oil change services in New Orleans in 1984 has expanded into a national powerhouse in the industry with more than 1,000 locations from coast to coast, and more coming soon.

Khalid also explains how a brand can foster growth – both in terms of geography and services offered – without losing its core identity, and he shares how Take 5’s core “fast, friendly and simple” model and partnering with the right franchisees has helped the organization thrive for four decades.
