FullSpeed Promotes Stillwell to Lead Franchising

Nov. 4, 2022 – FullSpeed Automotive promoted Ron Stilwell to President of Franchising amid strong unit growth in 2022, according to a press release. His previous role was chief development officer.

In this new role, Stilwell will oversee the operations department, development, training, purchasing and licensing for Kwik Kar.  

“My goals are to work closely with our franchise community to understand their challenges and opportunities to help meet their success goals,” said Stilwell in the releaes. “As I step into this role, I look forward to working on more state-of-the-art technology enhancements that will help reduce labor and make operations more efficient – all with the guest experience in mind. By doing so, we’ll maximize unit-level profitability and create opportunity for franchisees to confidently grow the number of units in their portfolio.” 

FullSpeed brands have grown from 703 units to more than 900 in 2022.
