Take 5 Locations Planned in Ohio and Texas

New locations are planned to take shape in Kettering, Ohio, and Roanoke, Texas. 


Sept. 30, 2022—A new Take 5 Oil Change location is has been announced in Ohio. 

According to Dayton 24/7 Now, Driven Brands has purchased a vacant property in Kettering and plans to put a Take 5 facility on the land. The lot is 0.54 acres and was purchased for $475,000. It used to be home to a Throckmorton's Statuary and Garden Center.

Taylor Blanchard, senior director of communications at Driven Brands, said that the Take 5 location will have three service bays. Construction is expected to begin in November, with a goal of March 2023 as the grand opening month. 

Additionally, Take 5 will have a new location in Roanoke, Texas, next year.

According to Community Impact, construction will begin in Jan. 2023 and will last until July 2023. The 1,421-square-foot building will have three service bays. It is estimated to cost around $500,000 to construct. It will be the second Take 5 Oil Change location in Denton County, Texas.
