Strickland Brothers Receives Rezoning Approval in North Carolina

Aug. 17, 2022—A conditional rezoning request has been approved for a new Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in North Carolina.

According to The Stanly News and Press, the Locust City Council unanimously approved the request. The desired property for the new location was originally zoned as Highway Commercial. The property will now be rezoned as Highway Commercial Conditioning.

The proposed Strickland Brothers location is planned to take up 1.05 acres and 1,740 square feet with three service bays. It will be located in Locust, North Carolina. 

Strickland Brothers was founded in 2016 in Thomasville, North Carolina.
