April 7, 2022—The same developer that proposed drive-thru coffee and quick lube locations in Danville, Illinois, is proposing the same in nearby Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Journal Courier reports that Texas-based Net Lease Development hopes to build separate businesses for coffee and quick lube in the same commercial development. The story doesn't specify the brand of quick lube proposed, but the Danville development would be a Take 5 Oil Change.
The paper says that the developer has projects finished or under development in 37 states.
