March 16, 2022—A former shoe store location will be retrofitted to become a Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Peoria, Ill.
WMBD reports that the old Payless shoe store has been torn down to make way for the a new development. The city is reviewing plans and permits for utilities.
This would be the first VIOC location in the city. The story did not identify a franchisee or owner.
