Big O Tires Marks 60 Years

March 10, 2022—Big O Tires is celebrating 60 years of business throughout 2022.

The tire retailer and servicer said in a press release that the company started as a tire buying cooperative in 1962. The current parent organization, TBC Corporation, purchased the brand in 1996. Big O now has more than 460 company-owned and franchised locations.

“To this day Big O is still driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of our founders, which has enabled us to constantly push new boundaries, grow our footprint and continually expand our product offering while delighting our customers with honest, worry-free service," said Jim Bull, vice president and general manager, in the press release.
