Jiffy Lube Building Texas Shop

Feb. 16, 2022—Jiffy Lube is bringing another location to the Houston area.

According to building criteria documents shared on Virtual Builders Exchange, the quick oil brand is building a new shop in Spring, Texas, which is about 25 miles directly north of Houston on Interstate 49. 

The cost of the project is estimated to be $900,000, and according to the documents will be over 4,000 square feet split into a lobby, office, main bay and lower bay.

The location will be the 28th Jiffy Lube quick oil shop in the Houston area.
