Aug. 26, 2021—A franchisee of three Midas auto shops in eastern Florida is offering COVID-19 vaccines and vouchers for free oil changes.
Ron Katz, the owner of those locations and someone who is immunocompromised, will be offering vaccines from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27 at his shop in Cocoa, Fl., about 50 miles east of Orlando, according to Florida Today.
Anyone who receive a vaccine will also get either a voucher for a free oil change, $20 off a synthetic oil change or a $10 store gift card.
"There's too much stuff going on in the world, and if we can make something a little bit better for the world, that's what I want to do," Katz said.
