A North Carolina Jiffy Lube property has sold for more than three-quarters of $1 million.
According to a report from the Winston-Salem Journal, a Jiffy Lube property in Greensboro, N.C., just east of the Interstate 85/Interstate 73 interchange sold for $758,000. The group purchasing the land is Hammel Properties LLC out of Fort Collins, Colo.
The report did not say what the current plans for the property are.
