June 8, 2021—Highline Warren announced in a press release the acquisition of Sapp Bros. diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) division.
Sapp is headquartered in Omaha, Neb. Sapp CEO said that his company will focus on its core segments of travel center and wholesale petroleum.
“We are excited to add the Sapp. Bros. DEF division to Highline Warren,” Highline Warren CEO Darcy Curran said in the release. “Diesel exhaust fluid is a rapidly growing category and a priority for our customers and our company. We look forward to leveraging Sapp’s capabilities and relationships to better serve our customers throughout our unique national platform for liquids manufacturing and distribution."
