The local readers' choice awards picked Roy's, which is a family-run three-bay operation, the Herald reports. Their business remained solid through the pandemic, so customer flows kept coming at the Kennewick shop.
The Autobahn Auto Care Center took second place, while Valvoline Instant Oil Change took home third place.
