Northwood University has announced Dr. Thomas Litzinger as the new industry chair of aftermarket education, according to a press release.
Dr. Litzinger brings more than 30 years of experience working in the aftermarket industry. He gained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood as well as a Master of Science degree in organizational leadership from the DeVos Graduate School of Management.
Through the University of the Aftermarket, Dr. Litzinger has also completed the Leadership 2.0 executive training program. Following his time at the University of the Aftermarket, he went on to complete his doctorate at Liberty University and is now a limited licensed psychologist in Michigan.
In his new position, Dr. Litzinger will use his experience to guide aftermarket education as a whole at the university, helping to improve things such as professional development, training, and degree plans. He will continue to provide support to the University of the Aftermarket as well.
“On campus, the focus will be developing free-enterprise leaders in the aftermarket industry who drive global economic and social progress through immersive learning to advance economic freedom for everyone, everywhere,” stated Dr. Litzinger.
