Express Oil Change will be opening its 11th location in Mississippi, the Neshoba Democrat reports.
The new location will be in Philadelphia, Mississippi, at the site of a former WHOC radio station on Beacon Street. It is slated to open sometime in December.
Based in Birmingham, Alabama, the company operates 10 other stores in the state, including Columbus, Hattiesburg, Horn Lake, Meridian, Olive Branch, Petal, Starkville, Tupelo, and West Point.
Express Oil Change also operates hundreds of stores throughout the Southeast but has been looking to expand in the state of Mississippi. The company is also planning to open another location in Corinth soon.
“The idea to bring a new Express Oil Change came about two years ago,” said Jason Morrow, director of operations for Express Oil Change in Mississippi. “We’re growing in Mississippi and we felt Philadelphia was one of the cities we needed to be in.”
