A new Take 5 Oil Change will open in Lindenwold, New Jersey, 42 Freeway reports.
Construction has begun on the new facility, which is expected to measure 1,300 square feet and will come equipped with two service bays. It will be located within a wedge-shaped lot at the intersection of Laurel Rd and Blackwood-Clementon Road.
According to site plans presented to the Camden County planning board, the building will be in the middle of the property, with parking and access lanes in the rear towards a Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard location recently opened directly behind the property.
There will be entrances to the Take 5 parking lot from both Laurel and Blackwood-Clementon Road and nine parking spaces–one being handicapped–provided outside.

A Take 5 Car Wash had been previously proposed for Blackwood-Clementon Road but was denied, though ones have been recently approved in the New Jersey townships of Voorhees, Delran, and Brooklawn.
