Take 5 Combines Forces for Children’s Hospital Fundraiser

Take 5 Car Wash will be joining its counterpart, Take 5 Oil Change, in the 18th Annual Children's Hospital Fundraiser, according to a press release.

Since launching this past July, Take 5 Oil Change has raised $600,000 for children’s hospitals across the country. Last year, the campaign raised $1.1 million. With Take 5 Car Wash becoming involved, a goal has been set to outraise last year’s efforts.

Take 5 Oil Change will be offering many ways to get involved, such as offering anyone who donates $3 or more at a Take 5 Oil Change location through September 16 to be entered into a drawing for a free oil change. All funds raised are distributed locally to children’s hospitals.

“This year, with Take 5 Car Wash by our side, we are confident that we can surpass our previous achievements and provide much-needed support to these hospitals,” said Take 5 Oil Change President and EVP Mo Khalid. “Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.”

Recently, Take 5 Oil Change and Take 5 Car Wash gifted $1 million towards an expansion at the Children’s Medical Center Plano facility.
