Mobil 1 has entered a long-term agreement with the automated marketing and communications platform Steer, according to a press release.
As part of the partnership, Mobil 1 will utilize the Steer platform to automate customer marketing and communications for shops.
Advanced data analytics combined with a simple interface aims for shops to easily manage appointments, promote their services, and run targeted marketing campaigns. Customers will be able to use online booking, receive service updates, and monitor repair status as well.
Additionally, the team at Mobil 1 will be working with Steer to provide new quick-lube and fluid service communications to promote consumer usage and understanding of Mobil 1 products.
Shops that are already–or become–customers of both brands through authorized distributors will be offered exclusive pricing and rebate offers. New incentives and functionality will continue to be introduced for shared customers and the broader Steer user base as well.
