A Valvoline Instant Oil Change has been proposed in Gilbert, Arizona, Your Valley reports.
The new store would be located at 1375 N. Higley Road on a plot of vacant commercial land spanning 1.0642 acres.
The property was recently purchased, with the transaction finalizing on Nov. 29 at $2.59 million.
Gilbert’s development site says that the facility would measure 2,088 square feet and come equipped with three service bays and a customer waiting area.
