Leesburg, Virginia Approves New Valvoline Location for Shopping Center

    A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change is slated to open in Leesburg, Virginia, the Loudoun Times-Mirror reports.

    The Leesburg Town Council approved a zoning amendment at a Dec. 12 meeting that would allow for a new Valvoline to open within the Compass Creek shopping center, filling the final vacancy it had for another business after the development first broke ground in 2017.

    The new store is located next to an ION International Training Center and will measure 4,000 square feet and will be equipped with three service bays. 

    The property was originally zoned to be used as a drive-thru but is now permitted to be used as a garage. The rezoning is estimated to reduce vehicle trips by 85% to 93%.
