University of Aftermarket has opened registration for upcoming courses and programs through the summer of 2024, according to a recent news release.

Leadership 2.0, Session 1 will take place August 11-15 at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. It is made up of five sessions surrounding the obstacles and opportunities facing the light vehicle and heavy-duty aftermarket. Attendees will experience discussion and debate on industry issues as well as insight into relevant research and market analysis. The deadline to register for the course’s first session is July 26.

Leadership 2.0, Session 2 will also be offered to those seeking a follow-up from last year–it will run March 10-14, and will be accepting registration through Feb. 23. The next planned Session 2 is slated to take place March 2025.

Four courses will be running from March 18 through May 12: 

Aftermarket Field Sales Management, which will explore the role a field sales manager plays; The Culture of Leadership, which will cover how organization impacts leadership and management; The Selling & Sales Management course, to help attendees develop sales management techniques and presentation skills; and the Consumer Behavior course, a deep dive into the psychology of consumers’ reactions to marketing.

The deadline for all four of these courses is March 4.

A two-day course spanning May 20-21, Aftermarket 101 is aimed at those seeking an introduction to the industry. Registration will be open until May 6.

INFUSION 2024 is intended for high-level executive development, helping organization leaders develop strategies to improve efficiency within their teams. The five-day course will run June 2-6, with a registration deadline of May 10.

Aftermarket Data Standards is for aftermarket catalog managers and product information professionals looking to expand their knowledge of industry data standards, ACES and PIES. Introduction to ACES and PIES 101 is a prerequisite for this course, which may be registered for through June 4.

For those in the heavy-duty industry, University of Aftermarket has also announced open registration for their Heavy Duty 101 and Heavy Duty Leadership 2.0 courses.
