FullSpeed Automotive brand Grease Monkey will be expanding into Florida with three new locations, according to a recent press release.
The locations will be operated by Goran Mladen, a New York native who’s lived in Polk County, Florida, since 2015. Having experience in the real estate investment sector, Mladen was attracted to Grease Monkey for its training, support programs, and viability as a recession-proof business.
Following a search for real estate deals on existing lube shops for sale, Mladen invested in multiple locations with Grease Monkey. His first location just recently opened at 1950 Dundee Rd., Winter Haven, Florida, with another slated to open in Dundee by April, and another in Auburndale opening in May. Each location will offer self-serve car washes.
Mladen is also looking at opening other Grease Monkey stores in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Palm Coast, Florida, in the future.
“When researching the Grease Monkey franchise opportunity, I was immediately impressed by the support team and the success potential of each store,” said Mladen. “I’ve seen, firsthand, the need for more automotive services in the area, and I can’t wait to see my first location succeed and provide this new service to my community.”
