Shop4D, a shop management software provider, has named Saint’s Automotive Service Center of Princeton, Minnesota, as the winner of its 2023 Top Performing Shop Award, reports Union-Times.
The Shop4D Awards evaluated nearly 300,000 auto shops across the U.S. on factors including customer reviews and various business growth metrics such as increases in repair orders (ROs) and hours billed per RO.
Despite challenges with workforce limitations, supply chains, and inflation, Saint’s Automotive achieved year-over-year business growth of almost 50% in 2023.
Owner David Bernard has nearly three decades of experience in the industry and uses his expertise to educate his team on how to communicate with customers. The Saint’s Automotive team has constant opportunities for training and certification.
Bernard credited the use of shop management software with helping his business run more efficiently, citing a user-friendly platform and proactive management of repairs, customers, marketing, profits, and personnel as an improvement for the shop.
“With more than 28 years in the industry, recent years have presented some of the most
formidable challenges,” said Bernard. “However, our strategic decision to integrate the Shop4D business management platform into our operations marked a turning point.”
