A new Take 5 Oil Change location will be coming to Zanesville, Ohio, according to Y-City News.
The new store will be located along Maple Avenue near a Walmart and hospital, in place of the former C & K Muffler Shop.
The original structure has recently been demolished following multiple instances of break ins and squatters on the property, told Zanesville Community Development Director Matthew Schley.
Once the old muffler shop is demolished, the new Take 5 will take its place. Additionally, a new car wash and multi-tenant building are also being planned for construction just down the road from where the Take 5 is planned to open.
Though it's unclear when construction will begin on the new facility, the city recently received updated civil drawings of the planned store.
