Plans are in motion for a new Take 5 Oil Change in Pensacola, Florida, reports Pensacola News Journal.
Slated to open at 5300 N. Davis Highway, the facility will take the place of a former restaurant called Checker's.
The building is planned to have three bays and measure just over 1,700 square feet. Customers will be able to enter and exit the business from off of Brent Lane, with a second access road for exiting the business that leads to North Davis Highway.
The store appears to be company-operated, and will join three other Take 5 Oil Change locations in Escambia County.
7 Brew—which has had a history of opening up alongside Take 5 developments—was originally planning to open in the spot, but instead ended up opening across the street from where Take 5 will now be.
