Pep Boys Enters Contract With NEXCOM to Operate Auto Service Centers in Military Bases

Pep Boys has partnered with the Navy Exchange Service Command to operate 14 automotive service centers on U.S. Navy bases nationwide.

Pep Boys has entered a contract with the Navy Exchange Service Command to operate 14 of its automotive service centers, located on U.S. Navy bases across the country, as shared in a recent press release.

The Navy Exchange Service Command, or NEXCOM, operates Navy Exchange retail stores and services on U.S. Navy bases around the globe, with its customers including active-duty service members, retirees, and their families.

The 14 stores Pep Boys will take over includes the following:

  • Naval Air Station North Island, CA
  • Naval Base San Diego, CA
  • Naval Base Point Loma, CA
  • Naval Support Activity Monterey, CA
  • Naval Air Station Oceana, VA
  • Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, VA
  • Stennis Space Center, MS
  • Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL
  • Naval Station Mayport, FL
  • Naval Air Station Pensacola (Corry Station), FL
  • Naval Air Station Pensacola (Aviation Plaza), FL
  • Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, WA
  • Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, WA
  • Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI

Beginning this month, the stores will be rebranded under the Pep Boys name on a rolling basis.
