Plans for Express Oil Change Store in Greeneville, Tennessee, Gain Approval

Plans for an Express Oil Change in Greeneville, Tennessee, are moving forward with approval from local officials, reports Radio Greeneville.

The new location would be at 3400 East Andrew Johnson Highway, situated between the Fast Pace Health Urgent Care and Ultimate Shine Car Wash. Currently, the site is vacant.

Preliminary site plan approval for construction of the new store was granted by The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission on Sept. 9.

Planning staff are now working with the developer on creating a shared entrance with adjoining property owners in the area from South Rufe Taylor Road to the Serral Drive intersection. The frontage road would allow for safer access and traffic flow on East Andrew Johnson Highway, according to Planning Administrator Justin Schooley.
