RelaDyne Acquires Ocean State Oil, Domestic Fuels & Lubes

RelaDyne announced two separate acquisitions of distributors in recent press releases.

The first announcement came that RelaDyne acquired Ocean State Oil, a distributor of lubricants and diesel exhaust fluid that’s headquartered in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.

Founded in 1973, the company has facilities located throughout Rhode Island, with a focus on serving the New England region market.

Just days later, RelaDyne shared it had also acquired Domestic Fuels & Lubes: a lubricant and commercial fuels provider serving the automotive, commercial, and industrial markets throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.

The company is headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia, and has been in operation for over 35 years now. It operates two locations in Chesapeake, and a third in Everetts, North Carolina.
